Methods of Printing:
1.Silk screen printing suitable for simple images up to about 6 colours and most bag print in this method.
2.Offset printing suitable for laminated material.The printing quality is most exactly like picture on paper.Need print the logo on the opp films then the films laminated on the material.If a complex image is required,offset printing provides a fantastic result but at significant printing mould cost (around 100USD to up).
3.Hot stamp printing suitable for more complex (photo quality) images.
Using high temperatures and heavy pressures for a certain amount of time,the transfer is permanently embedded into the product. This printing is ideal where a complex image is required (eg. with graduated colors or shadows) and can reproduce photo quality onto most fabrics.This process is slower and therefore more expensive than screen printing, and unlike screen print, the cost of a heat transfer image is directly proportional to the size of the image. Set-up costs and production cost is higher.
