Woven Patch is made of polyseter yarn in  Weaving Technic, the background and logo can be full woven, and also background can be other cloth fabric with logo printed or embroidred on style, normally the woven patch is cutted into shape as per design in laser cutting,before this, we attach something on the backside of the patch to make the patch flat, tidy, and without any shrinkage before going other processing. The backside such as hot seal glue (iron-on type) backing, non-woven material backing (sew-on type), etc.
